These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 786cb ("786cb," "we," "us," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 786cb website, services, games, and betting markets accessible at 786cb.net and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

By completing the registration process, accessing any part of the 786cb platform, placing a bet, participating in any game, or making a deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the 786cb platform immediately and, if applicable, request closure of your account.

786cb reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

Access to the 786cb platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 786cb enforces this age restriction through mandatory CNIC-based identity verification. Any account found to be registered by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned where possible.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling and sports betting under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of a 786cb employee or affiliate, where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

• You must be acting as an individual (natural person) and not as a corporate entity, trust, or in any other non-individual capacity, unless expressly authorised by 786cb in writing.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 786cb platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. 786cb uses automated and manual verification systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any such accounts may be closed with balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth. This information forms the basis of your KYC verification and must be maintained as accurate throughout your account's lifetime.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 786cb login credentials including your username and password. You agree to notify 786cb support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. 786cb will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

• KYC Documentation: 786cb may request additional identity documents at any time, including CNIC copies, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
• Account Ownership: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your 786cb account to any third party.
• Account Currency: All 786cb accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise agreed. Exchange rates applied to transactions in other currencies are set by 786cb and may vary.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Administrative fees may apply to dormant accounts in accordance with 786cb's prevailing dormant account policy.

786cb accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and debit/credit cards where applicable. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at 786cb's discretion. The current list of accepted payment methods is displayed on the 786cb deposit page within your logged-in account.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts that are registered in your own name and match the identity details on your 786cb account. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may be reversed or result in account suspension.

• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. 786cb reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.
• Deposit Processing Time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your 786cb wallet within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 banking hours. 786cb is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Deposit Fees: 786cb does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 786cb bears no responsibility.
• Bonus Eligibility: Some deposit bonuses require a qualifying deposit that meets minimum value thresholds. Bonus terms are published separately and form part of these Terms by reference.
• Anti-Money Laundering: 786cb complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Deposits may be subject to source of funds verification. Unusual deposit patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures.

Players may request withdrawals of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that match the identity information registered on your 786cb account. 786cb may, at its sole discretion, return funds to the original deposit source before processing to a new withdrawal method.

Before a withdrawal request is processed, your account must have completed full KYC verification including identity, age, and payment method verification. 786cb reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests that meet certain value thresholds or arise from accounts that exhibit unusual activity patterns.

• Processing Time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within approximately 8 minutes of approval on average. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within 24–48 banking hours. Processing times are not guaranteed and may vary during high-volume periods.
• Withdrawal Fees: 786cb does not charge withdrawal fees on standard PKR withdrawals via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Fees applicable to other withdrawal methods, if any, are displayed at the point of withdrawal request.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal amounts are set by payment method and displayed in the withdrawal section of your account. Withdrawal requests below the minimum will not be processed.
• Bonus Balance: Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only cash-out eligible balances, as shown in your 786cb wallet, can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal Refusal: 786cb reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of verification checks, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

786cb offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the specific bonus terms in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are typically subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x) and must be completed within the specified timeframe.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in individual bonus terms.
• Bonus Abuse: 786cb prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements while minimising risk, and coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures. Detection of bonus abuse will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Right to Withdraw Promotions: 786cb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing accepted bonuses will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.

All bets placed on the 786cb sports betting platform and all casino game play are subject to the specific rules applicable to that market, event, or game. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the 786cb platform. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific or game-specific rules and these Terms, the sport-specific or game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the relevant event or game.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not accepted until confirmed by 786cb's system and a confirmation reference is issued. 786cb reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion without providing reasons.
• Odds and Prices: All odds displayed on 786cb are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Live in-play odds change in real time. 786cb is not liable for delays in odds display caused by network or technical issues on the Player's end.
• Errors and Obvious Mistakes: In the event that odds, prices, or game outcomes are displayed or determined due to a technical error, systems failure, or manifest mistake (including palpable errors in odds), 786cb reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This includes cricket betting markets, live casino game outcomes, and slot jackpot calculations.
• Abandonment and Postponement: Rules applicable to abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled sporting events (including PSL matches, international cricket fixtures, and UFC events) are set out in the 786cb sports betting rules section. In general, bets on events abandoned before completion may be voided and stakes returned.
• RNG Integrity: All virtual and slot games on 786cb use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 786cb does not manipulate game outcomes. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are published on individual game pages.
• Maximum Winnings: 786cb applies maximum winning limits per player per day across all products. These limits are specified in the relevant betting rules section and are subject to change. Winnings exceeding the applicable limits may be reduced to the maximum permitted amount.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 786cb platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the 786cb platform under any combination of identity details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent identity or payment verification process.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the 786cb platform including placing bets, exploiting bonus structures, or circumventing security measures.

• Sharing, selling, or transferring your 786cb account login credentials to any third party.
• Using another person's payment method, including JazzCash or EasyPaisa accounts registered in another person's name, to fund your 786cb account without their explicit consent and without full disclosure to 786cb.
• Systematically exploiting errors, glitches, or manifest mistakes in the platform's odds, game displays, or payout calculations.

786cb is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. 786cb provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, and all players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their 786cb account. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session time reminders and hard limits that automatically log them out after a specified period of play.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 786cb platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any 786cb content without prior written authorisation.

The 786cb name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of 786cb. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is prohibited and will be pursued.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 786cb and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 786cb platform.

• 786cb does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 786cb's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. 786cb will make reasonable efforts to notify players in advance of scheduled maintenance.
• 786cb is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity arising from platform unavailability, whether or not 786cb was aware of the possibility of such losses.
• 786cb's total liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the value of funds held in that player's 786cb account at the time of the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 786cb's liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

786cb may suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or receipt of a credible responsible gaming concern.

You may close your 786cb account at any time by contacting the 786cb support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to successful identity verification. Account closure does not affect any legal rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the closure date.

• Suspended Accounts: During a suspension period, you will not be able to log in to 786cb, place bets, access games, or initiate deposits or withdrawals. 786cb will notify you of the reason for suspension where permitted to do so.
• Balance After Termination: Where an account is terminated due to proven breach of these Terms — including fraud, bonus abuse, or underage gambling — 786cb reserves the right to withhold part or all of the account balance as permitted by law.

786cb processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with 786cb, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the 786cb Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 786cb — including CNIC information, mobile numbers, payment details, and betting history — is used for account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and (where consented to) marketing communications. 786cb does not sell personal data to third parties. 786cb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 786cb will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via their registered mobile number, account inbox, or prominent notice on the 786cb platform. For non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision), no advance notice is required.

It is your responsibility to review the current Terms regularly. Continued use of the 786cb platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 12.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 786cb holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute between you and 786cb, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 786cb support with a full description of your complaint. 786cb will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 20 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable timeframe, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body specified in 786cb's licensing terms. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
